Accidents do happen

A small paragraph on page 20, in the column right up against the fold of the paper: the Court of Appeal has ruled that the tragic bouncy castle incident was a freak accident. The couple who organised the birthday party acted with reasonable care & are not liable for damages after all

The original damages award got an awful lot of publicity. I wonder how many will hear of this?
