September said a fond farewell with a lovely day of weather – a half blue sky with lots of interest in the clouds, coming from the west but moving not at all fast. Not a drop of rain.
I hope October hasn’t started as it means to go on. A wet wet windy squally day, sky & hills an undifferentiated grey clag.
